Solo Drivers:
0+ to 6 months .29
6+ to 12 months .30

.08 Cents/ mile rate is per diem pay which is non taxed money.
Productivity Bonus: Run 10,500 miles a month and earn a penny more per mile.
Quarterly Safe Driver Bonus: $500/quarter*
Quarterly Safety and Fuel Meeting:$50/month

Also Recieve a Service Bonus: $15 per load delivered on time. (Final Stop Only)


Team Drivers:
0-6 months .31

Team Pay Package represents total pay to the truck.
Team Pay is paid as“SPLIT PAY” for the team.

Productivity Bonus: Run 19,000 miles a month and earn a penny more per mile.
Quarterly Safe Driver Bonus: $500/quarter*
Quarterly Safety and Fuel Meeting:$50/month

Also Recieve a Service Bonus: $15 per load delivered on time. (Final Stop Only)

 
Student Pay:
Weeks 1-2 $425/week*
Weeks 3-4 $500/week*  

*Any Perventable Accident or Cargo Claim will cap current pay until driver upgrades to Solo Driver.
